Warren doesn't get to call you whiny! Tell him to take a week off to take care of everything while you go to the spa. It's hard enough being pregnant with kids at home, much less with the worries about Matt's care you have. Is your mom or Warren's mom going to be able to come stay to help for a while?
Well, we have Diana, which is nice because there is no 'arranging' anything if I go into labor in the middle of the night. I'm sure that both my mom and Warren's mom will come help, but nothing has been arranged. I'm actually very calm about how things will work out.... just getting nervous about timing! -Alli
I am not even sure what to say-your post did not sound whiny, just realistic-It is easy for Warren not to worry about stuff that he doesn't have to worry about-(and we all know that he is a wonderful guy-just a guy!) Though I still like that idea of a new niece or nephew on my anniversary-I guess I can give it up for your peace of mind!! Just let us know when the big day comes! I sure wish we were closer and could be more help. You are all in our prayers constantly-we think of you all of the time. Good luck getting your little one to get here!! We love you all- Cristy
I love that you comment on my blog! :) It's good to know you miss having "twinfants" somedays I wonder! Speaking of wondering, I've been wondering if you were having your little one yet. I'm praying that it will come soon. I'm sure you will just LOVE having one sweet little baby to love. Two is fun, but one will probably feel like a breeze to you. Hang in there! Know we're thinking of you! (and I should have sent you my baseball t-shirt!! darn!)
While I don't comment often, I'm praying for you and Matt regularly. Maybe you and Warren had 5 trick-or-treaters at Halloween and not just 4? Can't wait to hear... Darla
“Adversity will be a constant or occasional companion for each of us throughout our lives. We cannot avoid it. The only question is how we will react to it. Will our adversities be stumbling blocks or stepping stones? Our responses will inevitably shape our souls and ultimately determine our status in eternity. Because opposition is divinely decreed for the purpose of helping us to grow, we have the assurance of God that in the long view of eternity it will not be allowed to overcome us if we persevere in faith. We will prevail. Like mortal life of which they are a part, adversities are temporary. What is permanent is what we become by the way we react to them.”

My name is Allison and this blog highlights the ups (lots of laughs and energy) and the downs (um, scrubbing toilets) of life in a family full of little boys (and one adorable baby girl!) We have 5 boys (ages 11, 8, 6 yo twins, 2 and 10 months). Our oldest son has brain cancer, so this blog follows his journey as well!

No man knows what it is like to be pregnant and have to deal with life at the same time. You can't blame him for his ignorance!
